グローバル会計マネージャー/ Global Accounting Manager

A leading global hospitality technology company is looking for a Global Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will drive the transition to IFRS and strengthen global accounting operations to support continued international expansion. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company-wide transition and implementation of IFRS
• Manage IFRS-related accounting initiatives with a high degree of autonomy
• Enhance global financial reporting and accounting processes following IFRS adoption
• Oversee key areas including taxation, disclosure, internal controls, and fund management
• Coordinate with consultants, tax firms, accountants, and other external specialists
• Strengthen accounting frameworks and management systems to support global business growth

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting and finance at a business company
• Prior experience in consolidated financial reporting at a corporate group with multiple subsidiaries
• Excellent skills in finance and accounting
• Business level English; professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working at an auditing firm
• Prior experience in disclosure and consolidated financial reporting at listed or global companies
• Proven experience in accounting practices based on IFRS
• Background in participating in IFRS implementation projects
• Prior background in M&A or PMI
• Possess valid Certified Public Accountant or US Certified Public Accountant qualification
