経理・財務マネージャー/ Accounting & Finance Manager

An international energy company is looking for an Accounting & Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee full-spectrum accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and treasury activities while ensuring accurate and timely financial management. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable processes including invoice recording, payment requests, reconciliations, and supplier payments
• Oversee accounts receivable activities including invoicing, customer coordination, and outstanding payment follow-ups
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in line with reporting guidelines
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts including fixed assets and depreciation schedules
• Coordinate with auditors and support preparation of financial statements and management accounts
• Manage tax compliance activities including filings, VAT refunds, and tax reconciliation reports
• Prepare financial reports including SG&A analysis, budget reports, and variance analysis
• Maintain loan, interest, and treasury records including bank account management and payment coordination
• Ensure compliance with internal document control policies and maintain records in SharePoint
• Support audit processes and ensure timely completion of required documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or a related field
• More than 7 years of experience in the financial accounting field
• More than 3 years of similar position experience in the renewable energy or solar industry
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Native level Japanese; good level English

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid CPA or Tax Accountant qualification
