営業・アカウントマネージャー/ Sales & Account Manager

A global food manufacturing company is searching for a Sales & Account Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for achieving sales targets, in-store share goals, and sales fundamentals, including distribution, in-store visibility, and pricing for key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and meet sales KPIs such as distribution and promotion adoption
• Secure agreement on growth targets and category strategies with assigned accounts through Joint Business Planning
• Conduct negotiations to secure monthly promotions and ensure effective in-store execution
• Lead the cereals category by analysing POS and market data to propose shelf layouts and promotions that drive category growth
• Manage promotional budgets efficiently and submit highly accurate sales forecasts
• Manage assigned accounts based on experience and suitability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Sales experience in the FMCG industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Skilled in POS data analysis, use of shelf layout software, and client master data management
• Possess a valid driver’s licence

Preferred Requirements:

• Sales experience managing large-scale chain stores in the FMCG industry (general merchandise stores, drugstores, or convenience stores)
• Experience leading joint business planning meetings or business reviews with key accounts
• Conversational English
