人事担当エグゼクティブマネージャー/ Executive HR Manager

A global technology company is looking for an Executive HR Manager. The selected candidate will oversee HR strategy, operations, employee relations, compliance and people initiatives across Japan and APAC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hands-on HR operations, employee relations and critical people initiatives
• Partner with Japan and APAC leaders on workforce planning and organisational strategy
• Advise senior management on people, organisational and business matters
• Represent Japan HR within APAC forums and lead local employee communications
• Oversee HR operations, policies, HRIS, payroll coordination, facilities and internal events
• Lead and develop the Japan HR team while supporting operational HR activities
• Manage complex employee relations cases, investigations, performance matters and restructuring
• Ensure compliance with Japan employment legislation and mitigate people-related risks
• Manage global mobility, including visas, immigration, relocations and international assignments
• Partner with Finance and Rewards teams on compensation, benefits and incentive processes
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development and recruitment
• Lead Japan and APAC HR projects focused on operational effectiveness and employee experience

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of HR experience
• Experience in HR Business Partner or HR leadership in a global, complex and matrixed organisation
• Prior experience with SuccessFactors or a similar platform
• Proven experience leading HR in a lean team environment
• Previous experience contributing to regional HR initiatives across APAC
• Knowledge of Japan employment law, HR best practices and local compliance requirements
• Skilled with HRIS platforms
• Ability and willingness to travel within APAC

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid Second-Class Health Supervisor certification (第二種衛生管理資格)
