人事アドバイザー/ HR Advisor

A leading brokerage and financial services company is looking for an HR Advisor. The selected candidate will oversee HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, compliance, employee relations, and stakeholder collaboration while supporting the organisation's workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact and provide day-to-day HR support to employees
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee transfer processes in compliance with regulations
• Prepare and administer employment contracts, HR letters, and employment-related documentation
• Coordinate payroll activities with external vendors and review payroll accuracy and compliance
• Administer employee benefits, housing arrangements, and work visa processes
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations while partnering with internal stakeholders on HR and operational matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business administration, or related field
• More than 4 years of HR generalist experience within a sizable organisation
• Knowledge of HR practices and Japanese labour law, including social insurance and payroll fundamentals
• Fluent level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working with payroll vendors and providing payroll inputs; understanding of payroll processes and controls
