シニアTAスペシャリスト/ Sr. TA Specialist

A global construction company is looking for a Sr. TA Specialist. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and lead talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on hiring plans
• Coordinate hiring requirements with various business divisions
• Define job requirements, create postings, source candidates, and manage agency relationships
• Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
• Build and maintain a talent pool strategy
• Lead new graduate recruitment projects

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience as a recruiter
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with external recruiting agencies and partners
• Prior experience in project management or project coordination
• Proven experience in stakeholder management
• Ability to manage 10-15 positions
• Business level reading and verbal English (TOEIC 800+)
