シニアTAスペシャリスト/ Sr. TA Specialist
A global construction company is looking for a Sr. TA Specialist. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and lead talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on hiring plans
- Coordinate hiring requirements with various business divisions
- Define job requirements, create postings, source candidates, and manage agency relationships
- Execute employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Build and maintain a talent pool strategy
- Lead new graduate recruitment projects
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience as a recruiter
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with external recruiting agencies and partners
- Prior experience in project management or project coordination
- Proven experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to manage 10-15 positions
- Business level reading and verbal English (TOEIC 800+)
