アシスタントブランドマネージャー/ Assistant Brand Manager

A global consumer goods company is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager. The selected candidate will drive brand growth through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and new product development tailored to the salon industry.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage pipeline strategy aligned with business goals
• Develop and execute brand strategies to increase awareness and market share
• Lead planning and management of new product development (NPD)
• Oversee brand key visual creation and alignment with brand identity
• Manage L17 budgets and ensure effective resource allocation
• Supervise and coach team members to achieve group objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including salons and creative agencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in NPD
• More than 5 years of marketing experience
• Experience in the professional salon industry
• Knowledge of hair products, including hair colour and hair care
• Proficient in project management
• Skilled in people management and coaching
• Business level English
