デジタルマーケティングスペシャリスト/ Digital Marketing Specialist

A multinational apparel company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will drive digital engagement and sales across owned media channels through strategic planning, execution, and performance optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily merchandising and push notifications using ContentStack and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure smooth feature launches on the app
• Develop and implement communication strategies across owned channels in line with brand goals
• Coordinate with agencies to manage GTM content, project timelines, and creative briefs
• Analyse customer behavior and propose improvements to drive key performance metrics
• Optimize traffic, conversion, membership registration, and other engagement indicators

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• More than 2 years of professional experience
• Experience in Adobe Analytics (Omniture) or similar analytics tools is ideal
• Proficient in ContentStack, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) or similar enterprise eCommerce platform and content management system (Magento/Adobe Commerce, AppsFlyer or other CMS)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
