間接調達スペシャリスト/ Indirect Procurement Specialist

An international fashion company is looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist. The selected candidate will manage procurement activities, support sourcing initiatives, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and improve purchasing processes across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities across business functions
• Support sourcing, tendering, vendor evaluation, and supplier selection processes
• Coordinate purchase orders, receiving processes, invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain procurement records and purchasing data while ensuring policy compliance
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders and coordinate with global procurement teams
• Support contract administration, spend analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional procurement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in indirect procurement or purchasing
• Experience in the retail or luxury retail industry
• Business level written and spoken Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience using SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems
