国際物流マネージャー/ Global Trade Lane Manager

A global supply chain management company is looking for a Global Trade Lane Manager. The selected candidate will drive trade lane strategy, client relationships, business growth, and operational performance across Japan and key global markets. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to optimise trade lane performance across key global markets
• Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for business growth
• Work with regional and overseas teams to align strategies and solutions
• Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to improve freight services
• Monitor trade lane performance and report key results to management
• Explore new business opportunities and support contract negotiations
• Represent the company at industry events and build stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in international logistics industry
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
