ロジスティクスマネージャー/ Logistics Manager

An international luxury fashion brand is looking for a Logistics Manager. The selected candidate will oversee logistics operations, quality control, supply chain, and sustainability initiatives to support business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead import, export, and domestic transportation for products and non-products
• Manage EPA & TQ compliance and optimise warehouse operations & cost control
• Oversee reconciliation of data and financial flow while supporting the logistics coordinator
• Handle quality control issues, maintain compliance of care labels, and collaborate with HQ teams
• Monitor stock levels, manage obsolete items, and coordinate staff sales & reporting
• Implement sustainability initiatives, liaise with HQ environment teams, and drive local projects

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in logistics and quality control
• Proven ability to take initiative and collaborate across teams to achieve business goals
• Skilled in balancing daily operations with long-term strategy and decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and business communication skills
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
