生産・供給計画担当/ Asset Scheduler

A global specialty materials company is looking for a Supply Chain Planner / Asset Scheduler. The selected candidate will plan and coordinate production and supply activities, manage inventory and supply constraints, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners to ensure stable product supply and meet customer requirements. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed production and supply schedules
• Coordinate production activities with contract manufacturers
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues, including delays and quality-related concerns
• Communicate status updates to supply chain teams and stakeholders
• Develop plans based on production capacity and supply constraints
• Adjust supply plans to satisfy customer requirements
• Coordinate import, export, and warehouse-related activities
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics, and finance teams
• Manage supply chain data through systems such as SAP
• Participate in business process improvement and automation projects

Requirements:

• Experience coordinating and influencing stakeholders
• Experience in scheduling, production control, demand and supply management, or operations management
• Strong PC skills, particularly Excel
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in supply chain, production planning, logistics, or customer service
• Experience using SAP
• Experience in inventory planning and demand and supply planning
• Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives
• Proficient in Korean or Chinese
