財務導入支援シニアコンサルタント/ Finance Onboarding Sr. Consultant

A multinational business services company is looking for a Finance Onboarding Senior Consultant. The selected candidate will lead accounting and banking onboarding for clients, establish onboarding processes, manage client communications, and support continuous process improvement. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and banking onboarding for clients within the Business Services, Financial Service Division
• Understand Japanese GAAP requirements to onboard clients entering the Japan market
• Understand bank account opening requirements and collect the necessary documentation and client information
• Align internal standard processes with client requirements to establish ongoing operational processes
• Organise onboarding information, requirements, and established processes for transition to the ongoing operations team
• Manage remote communication with clients and partners located globally
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Provide support to the ongoing operations team as required
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance and operational efficiency
• Identify potential risks and issues, recommend solutions, and report findings to supervisors
• Gather client feedback during and after onboarding to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications
• Business level English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision, SAP, Xero, Oracle, and online banking platforms
