プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Senior Manager/Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead organisation and workforce strategy initiatives, manage cross-functional HR projects, and provide strategic support to leadership on key business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement organisational and human resource strategies aligned with business objectives
• Drive company-wide workforce planning and execute talent-related initiatives
• Lead HR planning projects from design through execution and delivery
• Manage cross-functional project teams and collaborate with key stakeholders across departments
• Oversee organisational design, capability-building, and workforce transformation projects
• Support executive decision-making and lead strategic or high-priority special assignments

Requirements:

• Experience managing consulting firms and large-scale projects
• Prior experience working in a global environment
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in leading projects at consulting firms
• Prior experience in recognising issues based on client requests and analysis of the current situation, formulating solutions, providing direction and guidance to team members, and producing output
• Prior experience in leading projects with multinational team members
• Background in planning and executing projects to enhance organisational strength and competitiveness, improve productivity, and improve management
