VP C&B シニアマネージャー/ VP Compensation & Benefits Sr. Manager

A global financial services company is seeking a Vice President, Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager in Human Resources. The selected candidate will develop and execute reward strategies, oversee compliance, and lead a team to ensure best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the firm has competitive and cost-effective reward policies and practices
• Develop and execute the firm's reward strategy, including benefits and pensions management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory recommendations and requirements for reward practices
• Manage the administration function, staff budget, and planning for Compensation/Benefits/Mobility
• Formulate and implement policy initiatives in partnership with HR and external consultants
• Manage vendor relationships following internal guidelines
• Lead and develop a team of Compensation professionals, handling hiring, training, and performance appraisals
• Assess risk in business decisions and drive compliance with laws, rules, and ethical practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 6–10 years of work experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proven leadership and relationship management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English
