Head of FC

An international eCommerce company is seeking a Head of Fulfilment Centre. The selected candidate will lead safety, quality, productivity, and cost initiatives while building the fulfilment centre from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement FC strategies to exceed customer expectations
• Set and manage KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and cost
• Create and execute effective staffing plans
• Lead and enforce robust employee safety programs
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Analyse operational data to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• More than 12 years of management experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, eCommerce fulfilment centre or warehouse environment
• Practical experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Prior experience in analysing performance and improving processes
• Hands-on experience in setting performance targets
• Experience in building and supporting a strong team culture
