Head of B2B
A global consumer electronics company is seeking a Head of B2B. The selected candidate will lead multi-functional teams and drive strategic growth in the Japan B2B market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B sales, partner sales, direct engagement, pre-sales, and customer success teams
- Develop and execute a 3-5-year strategic growth plan
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, distributors, and resellers
- Drive business model innovation from product-focused to solutions and platforms
- Ensure achievement of quarterly and monthly operational targets
- Collaborate with GTM, marketing, category management, and business group teams
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in leadership role of sizeable or global B2B companies
- Experience in management in B2B sales and marketing
- Prior business management skills with P&L level experience
- Background in unified communications, video products, and solutions is ideal
- Knowledge of B2B space (channel management, high touch sales, different channel verticals, pre-sales and after sales
