テクニカルコンサルタント/ Technical Consultant

A global financial technology company is looking for a Technical Consultant. The chosen applicant will guide customers through each phase of the product life cycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop expertise in the platform
• Analyse and implement improvements to system stability, reliability, and performance through issue analysis, benchmarking, and performance profiling
• Serve as the point of contact for production and architecture technical issues, acting as the client's trusted partner
• Assist clients with sizing, setting up, monitoring, and maintaining the infrastructure, including hardware and software on which the platform runs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or computer engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant technical experience
• Knowledge of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server)
• Knowledge of Cloud technology (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, networking
• Programming skills (C, C++, Java)
• Proficient in Japanese and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in debugging tools such as Valgrind, GDB, BPF, Java profilers such as MAT
• Knowledge of multi-threaded programming, design patterns and middleware
• DB administration experience
