ビジネスアナリスト/ Business Analyst

A multinational information technology services company is looking for a Business Analyst/PM. The selected candidate will analyse airline or logistics business processes, gather requirements, document solutions, and coordinate testing and implementation. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business processes in the airline or logistics industry
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements
• Document business requirements, processes, and proposed solutions
• Participate in system testing and validate solutions against business requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop test scripts for new business processes
• Coordinate with offshore teams on test execution and ensure solutions align with business objectives

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, PM or PMO, or Engineer
• Experience in testing as well as in the SDLC
• Prior background in system implementation, migration, or operations improvement
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N2+); business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in global projects
• Understanding of airline/logistics domain
• Proficient in JAVA, UI or AWS
