品質保証・薬事担当マネージャー/ Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager

A global cosmetics and personal care manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager. The successful candidate will lead regulatory compliance, quality assurance, product incident management, and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Build industry networks and monitor regulatory developments, reporting key updates to global headquarters
• Ensure Japanese cosmetics regulatory compliance, including product notifications, business licences, and GQP/GVP activities
• Assess advertising claims and promotional materials for regulatory risks, providing guidance and training across teams
• Lead product issue management, recalls, and serious adverse event coordination with regulatory authorities and medical institutions
• Oversee global quality performance, manufacturing and warehouse audits, risk assessments, user testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage quality incidents, escalate significant risks to headquarters, and develop team capabilities through performance management and goal alignment

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience as a QA/RA Manager in the cosmetics industry
• Possess valid General Marketing Compliance Officer (総括製造販売責任者) qualification
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
