R&Dファイナンススペシャリスト/ R&D Finance Specialist

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an R&D Finance Specialist. The successful candidate will support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for research and development activities, provide financial insights to stakeholders, ensure accounting compliance, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of budgets and forecasts for the Pipeline and R&D organisation
• Monitor R&D expenditure and analyse variances against budgets and forecasts
• Identify financial and project-related variance drivers to support management decision-making
• Partner with Pipeline and R&D stakeholders to provide financial support and build collaborative relationships
• Perform statutory accounting activities related to R&D expenditure in compliance with IFRS
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification and automation of finance processes and systems

Requirements:

• Practical experience in statutory accounting and/or management accounting
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• IT literacy and the ability to manage and analyse R&D expenditure data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability and willingness to communicate effectively in English in a global business environment
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of or experience in R&D-related functions and business partnering
