トレジャリー、固定資産、税務マネージャー/ Treasury, Fixed Assets and Tax Manager

An international life sciences company is seeking a Treasury, Fixed Assets and Tax Manager. The successful candidate will lead a team of three, provide technical guidance to the Finance team and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead treasury operations, including cash management, cash flow forecasting, group funding, banking relationships and working capital optimisation
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including CAPEX/OPEX, depreciation, leases, asset inventories and related tax matters
• Manage tax accounting, tax return preparation, tax audits and business tax queries while coordinating with external vendors and the European Group Tax team
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition under IFRS, reviewing client contracts with Finance and business stakeholders to determine appropriate accounting treatment
• Oversee payroll accounting and personnel cost reporting in collaboration with HR, ensuring accurate monthly accounting entries and compliance
• Lead a team of three, provide technical guidance and staff development, support financial reporting and audits, strengthen internal controls, and drive ERP implementation and process standardisation

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent project and people management skills
• Business level reading, written, and spoken English; professional level Japanese
