ビジネスオペレーションアドミニストレーター/ Business Operations Administrator

A Japanese restaurant technology company is seeking a Business Operations Administrator. The successful candidate will manage contracts, billing and payments while supporting cross-departmental operations and business process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts, invoicing and payment processing for customers acquired by the sales team
• Coordinate company-wide billing and sales-related tasks with other departments
• Prepare and send quotations and application forms
• Register completed application forms in the management system

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in billing, sales administration or sales management
• Cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills with sales, accounting and legal teams
• Data processing skills using Excel or Google Sheets
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Comfortable handling numerical data and detailed figures
• Experience working in an IT company, particularly a subscription-based business such as cloud services
• Experience working in a start-up
• Experience in business process improvement and workflow development
