ファイナンスビジネスパートナー/ Finance Business Partner

A renowned health technology company is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead regional finance operations, drive strategic financial planning, and advise senior leadership on business performance and investment decisions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead finance operations for Japan and an additional regional district
• Partner with senior leadership to shape business strategy through financial insights, risk assessment, and opportunity analysis
• Develop complex financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives
• Evaluate investment opportunities, market entry strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and new product development
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to executive management and the board of directors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, economics, business administration, accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent
• Native level Japanese; business level English
