財務分析アシスタントマネージャー/ Financial Analyst Associate Manager

A global medical device manufacturer is looking for a Financial Analyst Associate Manager. The selected candidate will provide financial analysis, business insights, and decision support to drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales performance across products, customers, channels, territories, and sales organisations
• Identify key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps
• Translate financial and commercial data into actionable recommendations for management
• Lead budget planning and develop business cases for strategic initiatives
• Conduct pricing analysis to support profitability improvement
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to optimise inventory and manage costs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and strengthen cost control and transparency
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business performance analysis
• Coordinate with APAC Finance on reporting and financial alignment
• Manage and support company-wide reporting tools including Power BI, PAW, TM1, and SAP
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to analyse market and product performance
• Support data-driven decision-making across Operations and Supply Chain
• Handle ad-hoc financial projects and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting
• More than 7 years of experience in finance or analysis role
• More than 3 years of experience in the medical device industry as FP&A or Finance Business Partner
• Experience of analysing business with large number of products
• Prior Big4 experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent Power BI skills
• Possess valid CPA qualification
• Prior experience in creating reports using multiple data sources and systems
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with SAP
• Prior SQL experience
• Proven experience with reporting systems e.g. Cognos, TM1, PBI
