テクニカルアカウントマネジメント専門員/ Technical Account Management Specialist

A global pharmaceutical packaging company is seeking a Technical Account Management Specialist. The successful candidate will provide technical and quality support to customers, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, and support business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical materials and product information and deliver technical presentations during customer meetings
• Identify business opportunities through customer interactions and collaborate with Sales to develop the sales pipeline
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, resolve customer issues, and coordinate plant visits and on-site surveys
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and R&D to address customer requests, technical agreements, and quality concerns
• Maintain technical documentation, support customer audits, and verify compliance with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Analyse customer feedback, Voice of Customer (VOC), and performance trends to recommend service improvements and optimise KPIs

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical device industry in quality control, R&D, or product development
• Understanding of applicable regulations, standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards
• Knowledge of legal and standard requirements related to TQA
• Familiarity with product technologies, product features, and manufacturing processes
• Prior knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Prior understanding of key quality tools and processes, including CAPA, Change Control, Deviation Management, Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations, and audits
• Prior familiarity with project management and risk management methodologies and tools
• Proven knowledge of relevant systems and applications, such as CRM, LN, and Documenta
• Proven understanding of data analysis and reporting methodologies
