人事ジェネラリスト/ HR Generalist

A large multinational manufacturing company is seeking an HR Generalist. The successful candidate will drive HR initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, support talent development, and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Administer HR systems and policies, conduct employee engagement surveys and stress checks, and implement organisational improvement initiatives
• Plan internal communications and support organisational development activities to strengthen employee engagement and collaboration
• Develop and deliver onboarding, leadership, management, job-specific, and professional development programmes
• Coordinate language training and support employees’ career development
• Develop recruitment strategies, collaborate with business departments to define hiring needs, and manage recruitment agencies, job platforms, and direct sourcing
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including interview coordination, interviews, offer discussions, and negotiations, while supporting employee relations, mental health, well-being, harassment matters, and labour relations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 2 years of HR experience in a corporate environment (HR systems/organisational development, Learning & Development, Recruitment, HR operations/labor relations)
• Prior overseas experience
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+)
