人事アドミニストレーター/ Human Resource Administrator

A multinational food company is looking for a Human Resource Administrator. The successful candidate will support HR operations in Japan, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for shop and headquarters team members
• Administer employee benefits and communicate benefits information to team members
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in coordination with the Country Manager
• Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding and clearance processes
• Identify and implement HR process improvements
• Support HR projects, analyses, and other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in human resources-related positions
• Basic knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
• Experience in a small, fast-paced, growing company
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SharePoint
• Ability to work independently with a self-directed approach
• Professional level Japanese and English
