品質管理スペシャリスト/ QC Specialist

A global medical organisation is seeking a QC Specialist. The selected candidate will ensure product quality and compliance across manufacturing and distribution processes .

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain product receiving inspection and labelling/packaging procedures
• Manage quality documentation, manufacturing records, approvals, and document retention
• Support product launches and coordinate statutory labelling requirements and approvals
• Oversee outsourced inspection providers and manage nonconforming products, including investigations and reporting
• Review manufacturing change notifications, conduct internal and supplier audits, and coordinate product recalls and field actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes and operations

Requirements:

• Experience driving operational improvements in manufacturing or warehouse/logistics environments, particularly related to production planning and operations
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
