A renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking a Pharmaceutical Project Management (PPM) professional to lead product development, portfolio strategy, and lifecycle management. The selected candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure project milestones are achieved, and maximise product value throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Align portfolio and drug development strategies with business unit objectives and lead product lifecycle planning
• Develop Japan project plans, integrate local market needs into global development strategies, and lead launch readiness
• Oversee clinical studies, CMC deliverables, regulatory submissions, and product approval milestones
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, monitor project performance, implement change management, and drive process improvements
• Coach team members, foster a high-performance culture, and strengthen project management capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in healthcare, science or business domain (BS/MS/PhD, MD, MBA)
• More than 3 years of experience in R&D functions
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of drug development
• Excellent project management skills
• Possess valid project management professional (PMP)
• Native level Japanese and English
