サプライチェーンマネージャー/ Supply Chain Manager

A global healthcare company is looking for a Supply Chain Manager. The selected candidate will oversee supply chain operations, logistics costs, product availability, vendor contracts, and customer service activities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the continuous supply of key products
• Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics providers and other logistics vendors
• Manage projects and optimise shipment planning and execution
• Maintain accurate SAP records, particularly for new product onboarding
• Monitor freight expenses and track logistics profit and loss
• Lead and mentor team members, oversee task planning and execution, and manage customer service operations covering order entry and delivery arrangements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain or similar role (medical device industry is a plus)
• Experience in people management
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent SAP skills
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
