HSEマネージャー/ HSE Manager

A global energy technology company is seeking an HSE Manager. The selected candidate will lead HSE initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a proactive HSE culture by advising employees and managers on everyday safety practices
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations and the implementation of lessons learned
• Conduct internal HSE audits to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Monitor HSE performance trends and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate risk assessments and training while ensuring the proper use of HSE tools and equipment
• Implement HSE programmes, monitor KPIs and support project teams in executing safety initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in HSE roles within industrial, service, production, or technical environments
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with incident management and risk assessments
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
