テクニカルスペシャリスト/ Technical Specialist

An international manufacturing company is looking for a Technical Specialist (Field Applications Scientist). The selected candidate will provide technical guidance, develop application solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and support customers across Japan and Korea in the food and beverage market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global technical experts to develop application solutions
• Provide technical advice to internal and external customers across Japan and Korea
• Conduct feasibility studies from laboratory to industrial scale and present findings to relevant stakeholders
• Develop technical solutions aligned with project objectives and optimise upstream and downstream processes
• Support on-site troubleshooting at customer facilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science/Engineering or relevant domain
• Possess valid driver’s licence
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese and English (Korean is a plus)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry (liquid processing production environment and with laboratory equipment)
• Prior experience in the food & beverage industry
