プログラム運用サポート/ Program Operation Support

An international eCommerce company is looking for a Program Operation Support professional. The selected candidate will manage pricing and promotional operations, monitor performance, and support workflow improvements. This is a hybrid and haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily eCommerce pricing and promotional operations accurately and on schedule
• Support the streamlining, standardisation, and automation of operational workflows
• Maintain pricing and promotion performance trackers
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions
• Participate in regular meetings conducted in English and Japanese
• Handle ad-hoc tasks related to program operations

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of experience in data-intensive roles
• Proficient in MS Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH)
• Business level written and verbal English; native level Japanese (JLPT N2+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with SQL or Excel Power Query
• Prior eCommerce experience
