An international auditing company is looking for a Global Account Manager. The qualified candidate will serve as the strategic global point of contact for the accounts under their leadership.
Responsibilities:
Grow accounts collaboratively through team-based selling and RFPs
Demonstrate a profound understanding of organisational dynamics and construct compelling business cases for feasible ROI
Excel as a relationship manager, fostering collaboration across client business units
Operate strategically and tactically, envisioning, crafting, and delivering innovative solutions
Lead the management and expansion of worldwide and Global Key Accounts for cross-divisional new business development
Formulate account plans with global objectives to meet client needs, leveraging geographic and division portfolios
Direct the execution of account strategies, ensuring harmony in the account plan across different streams
Actively engage in the global account community, regularly collaborating with other global account managers and directors
Spearhead the adoption of key account tools, legal documents, and pricing frameworks within the global account community
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience working internationally across different cultures
Prior experience in growing accounts through team-based selling and RFP’s
Proven experience within key accounts and working with large global accounts
Knowledge of financial planning, buying influencers, decision criteria, and purchasing processes
Ability and willingness to travel
