Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR guidance with the APAC Go to Market leaders and Japan management team
Consult on the most effective organisational structure to support business strategy
Ensure the organisation recruits and develops the right talent mix
Guide the formation of company values and behaviours
Guide leaders and teams through organisational transitions and transformations
Act as a coach and trusted business advisor in areas of leadership
Drive people and organisation development initiatives to enhance employee engagement
Provide guidance on employee relations matters such as conflict resolution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
More than 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with a focus on sales or similar functions
Practical experience with Regional & Country Go to Market organisations (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Partner Sales, etc.)
Prior experience in coaching and mentoring senior leaders
Experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making skills
Proficient in HRIS systems, Workday, and other HR technologies
Fluent level verbal and written Japanese and English (APAC regional languages are a plus)
