Identify and report trends in business and market
Provide advice on employment law and labor requirements
Handle performance and disciplinary issues
Support employee engagement surveys and action planning
Analyse survey results and collaborate on action plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above (HR is ideal)
8-10 years of experience in HR (asset management or financial services firm is preferred)
Experience in remuneration and appraisal systems and procedures
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Understanding of Japan labour law and local market
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Fluent level reading, verbal, and written Japanese and English
