A multinational household consumer products manufacturer is looking for a Sr. E-Commerce Manager. The selected applicant will develop strategic and commercial business growth plans across multiple categories into a singular commercial business approach.
Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for unit volume, sales revenue, gross margin account, and all strategy and planning for business
Understand and maximise ecommerce equation and category profitability through regular use of a margin tracker
Act as first point of contact for channel leads on intra-channel challenges
Lead discussions and drive outcomes with cross functional business units
Act as centralised point of contact for inbound finance and supply chain management risk
Requirements:
More than 10 years of ecommerce sales and marketing experience within a consumer goods company trading on .com site in a role leading or supporting sales strategy planning
Practical experience in senior level account negotiations
Prior sales and demand planning experience
Understanding of a strategic e-commerce ecosystem
Knowledge of P&L
Background in Performance marketing (SEM, Retargeting, SNS, Affiliate, etc.)
Expertise in On-site campaign development with full funnel media executions
Familiarity in IT architecture or technologies from end to end
Proven delivery of sales targets
Native level Japanese; business level English
