A multinational beverage manufacturer is looking to fill a Head of EC position. The selected applicant will be responsible for developing eCommerce strategies to boost market share and sales. This position is based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
Foster win-win relationships with key clients for business growth
Improve product appeal for online shoppers with enriched content
Create and optimise eCommerce-focused ad and promo strategies
Monitor PR commercial performance, market share, and ad/promo
Partner with the Global E-C Community to leverage HQ expertise and tools
Lead the setup and improvement of business usability and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
More than 10 years of work experience
4-5 years of EC leadership experience in marketplace (Amazon, Rakuten, Lohaco, etc.) for Consumer Goods
Practical experience for E-C advertising, promotion, and performance tracking
Experience in managing marketing or digital or E-Com team
Prior people management experience
Proficient in data and tools (Analytics, Profitero, Nint, etc.)
Business level written and verbal English and Japanese
