An international luxury goods organisation is searching for an E-Commerce Manager. The successful candidate will manage and drive the eCommerce business in line with the brand vision and strategy and to consult in a more strategic role for 3rd party channel accounts.
Responsibilities:
Understand eCommerce, consumer needs, and competitive intelligence of local Market Cluster
Manage performance in line with targets, plan and support the budgeting process, implement marketing activities, and maximise profitability
Monitor overall performance considering all relevant KPIs
Support current merchandising activities like boosting for main KCPs/Sale/Outlet based on marketing brief
Supervise consumer calendar campaigns, promotions, and incentives
Manage, support, plan and implement eCommerce projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
5-8 years of professional senior level experience
3-5 years of experience in a related position
Practical experience in e-Commerce management with a successful track record of driving both top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability)
Prior experience in managing Merchandising and OMNI activities
Understanding of various digital marketing channels and performance marketing dynamics
Knowledge of Hybris system and Merchandising tools is ideal
Proficient in English and Japanese
