Responsibilities:
Liaise with HQ marketing calendar and create strategic media plan together with agency
Analyse results of product and brand campaigns efforts, prepare required reports to stakeholders
Plan and organise media campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives
Lead and actively propose new innovative media opportunities
Prepare and localise campaign related creative assets
Translation of relevant campaign copies as part of localisation
Optimise and analyse campaign performance
Drive appropriate actions for LINE / owned social media to increase followers
Update, maintain organic contents on owned social media
Requirements:
More than 2 years of experience in advertising (agency background is ideal)
Understanding of social media and solid experience working with the agency
Project and budget management skills
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
