A renowned manufacturing company is looking for a Technical Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will lead technical sales initiatives, develop growth strategies, and build strong client partnerships while expanding into new markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to sales and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that balance revenue performance and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities in QSR, coffee & tea, and canteen channels
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Act as the primary customer contact, gather feedback, and resolve urgent issues
  • Promote innovative solutions and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related field (technical background is ideal)
  • Fluent level spoken and written English
