シニアサプライチェーンアナリスト/ Supply Chain Senior Analyst

A global chemical company is looking for a Supply Chain Senior Analyst. The selected candidate will manage order processing, customer communication, import logistics, inventory control, and supply chain reporting. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, stock transfers, confirmations, billing instructions, and customer updates
• Manage quality claims, credit note coordination, sample requests, and product stewardship inquiries
• Coordinate new product information with commercial and product management teams
• Confirm supply plans, create stock transfer requests, and monitor shipment fulfilment
• Handle import records, tariff documents, post-clearance procedures, and shipping archives
• Manage 3PL operations, trucking cost reconciliation, inventory levels, safety stock, and aged stock reduction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related domain
• More than 2 years of experience in supply chain, inside sales, or logistics operations (multinational manufacturing/trading company is ideal)
• Experience with SAP
• Proficient in SAP SD/MM modules (SO, STO, PGI, PGR)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in Japan import declaration procedures (Import A), customs clearance, and handling preferential tariffs (RCEP/EPA)
• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the chemical or industrial goods industry
