キーアカウント営業/ Key Account Sales
An international industrial technology company is looking for a Key Account Sales professional specialising in Sensors & Instrumentation. The selected candidate will drive B2B sales growth, manage key client relationships, and deliver tailored industrial solutions to customers across manufacturing and engineering sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key industrial accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Engage with engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers to understand technical requirements
- Recommend sensor and instrumentation solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer information within Salesforce
- Collaborate with local service teams and APAC product teams to support customised solutions
Requirements:
- Prior B2B sales experience in sensors, instrumentation, or industrial equipment
- Experience selling to manufacturers, OEMs, and system integrators
- Strong understanding of industrial measurement technologies including pressure, temperature, flow, and level
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems
- Strong technical sales and solution-selling capabilities
- Strategic account development skills
Preferred requirements:
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
- Existing network within relevant industries
- Familiarity with Japanese corporate sales practices
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
