アプリケーションラインマネージャー/ Application Line Manager

A global manufacturer of industrial components is looking for an Application Line Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategy execution, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of business and technology objectives while managing customer engagements and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Translate department strategy into annual operational plans and support product roadmap execution
• Make tactical decisions aligned with business goals, budgets, and compliance frameworks
• Manage annual planning and budget execution for the assigned unit
• Drive business development initiatives, oversee project planning and pricing, and ensure P&L alignment
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs, optimise structure, and deliver technology and business outcomes
• Develop team performance, foster engagement, and implement continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, business management or relevant area
• More than 15 years of experience in engineering , quality/operation excellence, people management as manager of manager
• More than 5 years of Semiconductor industry & Lithography area
• Experience managing small groups (10 FTE)
• Prior experience across different sectors
• Proven experience direct interaction customer
• Native level spoken Japanese; business level spoken English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a multinational company
