外資系建設機械メーカーにてフィールドサービスエンジニアの募集です。主に技術的な問題の診断・修理や現地での産業機械・設備のメンテナンスおよびサービス提供などを行っていただきます。当ポジションは出張が発生し、顧客先への直行直帰の勤務スタイルとなります。勤務地は大阪府となります。

職務内容:

  • 現地での産業機械・設備のメンテナンスおよびサービス提供
  • 技術的な問題の診断・修理
  • 顧客と効果的にコミュニケーションを図り、満足度を確保し、サービスに関する問題を解決
  • 提供されたサービスカー、PC、携帯電話、必要なツールを使用して、業務を効果的に遂行
  • 社内チームと協力して複雑な技術的問題をエスカレートおよび解決

必須要件:

  • 産業機械または類似の製品のメンテナンス経験
  • 運転免許証
  • 日常会話レベルの英語力
  • 日本での就労資格

歓迎要件:

  • フィールドサービスエンジニアの経験
