カスタマーソリューションエンジニア/ Customer Solutions Engineer

An international technology company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer. The chosen applicant will be supporting hardware and architecture aspects of NPUs and DSPs throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales technical evaluation to post-sales integration.

Responsibilities:

• Support all hardware aspects of Intellectual Property products
• Maintain deep technical expertise in products and technologies
• Develop training materials, application notes, and knowledge-sharing platforms
• Provide technical advice and support for pre-sales and post-sales activities
• Collaborate with R&D, Field Application Engineers, partners, and customers on technical solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• More than 3 years of experience in VLSI Design, VLSI Verification, or Hardware Architecture
• Fluent level written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in VLSI design and verification
• Knowledge of and experience with the design flow from RTL to GDSII
• Experience with Synopsys/Cadence EDA tools and their scripting (TCL scripts)
• Running logic simulation and analysing the waveforms (VCD, FSDB)
• Architecture of embedded processors
• Bus architectures and specifications (AXI, APB, NoC)
• Embedded Software Development: Experience with ARM, MIPS, TI, Freescale, NPUs, or DSPs
• Experience with processor development boards and debugger interactions
• Familiarity with embedded processors, NPU or DSP architectures
• Prior experience with direct customer communication
