シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Senior Project Manager

A global electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead project management for Japanese customers while bridging communication between local clients and global teams. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison for Japanese customers, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from proposal to delivery, including tracking, issue resolution, and feedback integration
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project timelines and deliverables
• Define and maintain master project schedules and lead project meetings
• Support sales teams in RFQ responses and proposal discussions
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams
• Collaborate with Applications Engineers to define product requirements
• Facilitate cross-cultural and cross-language communication to minimise misunderstandings
• Provide structured project updates to internal management and customers
• Travel to customer, design, or manufacturing sites as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering
• More than 5 years of project management experience
• Proven experience in embedded hardware/software projects
• Experience with RF/Safety certification processes
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project or Jira)
• Skilled in RF technologies including Bluetooth, RF4CE, Zigbee
• Worked on products such as HVAC, IoT devices, TVs, or Set-Top Boxes
• Ability and willingness to travel for project needs
• Native level Japanese; business level English
