プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

An international semiconductor manufacturing company is looking for a Product Management (TMP) professional. The selected candidate will support new product introductions, product lifecycle revenue, market positioning, and data-driven product decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Support new product introductions by defining scope, roadmaps, and accountable actions
• Coordinate cross-functional feedback to align product development with market requirements
• Prepare and refine product marketing collateral with customer centres before release
• Partner with business leaders and key account teams to align product strategy with customer KPIs
• Provide regional teams with value proposition insights and product information
• Manage product revenue performance throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering
• 10-15 years of experience within semiconductor, coating, analytical, R&D and general diffuse markets/industry, either within the OEM community (process equipment development or product management/marketing), or from a manufacturing equipment company working in/across multiple sectors
• Experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Prior experience in product lifecycle management
• Knowledge of marketing in target market segments
• Understanding of vacuum technologies, TMP technologies, and Vacuum equipment
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese and English (Chinese is a plus)
