フィールドアプリケーションエンジニア/ Field Applications Engineer

An international semiconductor company is looking for a Field Applications Engineer. The selected candidate will develop customer relationships, provide technical and service support, identify business opportunities, and collaborate with sales, FAE, and product teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to revenue growth through direct and indirect sales activities
• Develop relationships with customers to contribute to business growth
• Provide service support to customers and sales channel partners throughout the territory
• Ensure coordination of business matters with the company
• Gather customer information, including products, production volumes, and R&D activities
• Analyse customer information to identify business opportunities and maximise sockets in collaboration with FAE
• Identify issues and develop strategies to overcome them from a broad perspective
• Communicate with product line teams to identify the best solutions for the company and customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical field
• More than 6 years of experience in a sales position in the semiconductor industry
• PC application experience
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
• Proficient in English
